Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

What is the “target” for Merit increases thus year?

Has anyone heard what the recommended “target” is for merit increase this year? Or know when they will share the target % number with managers?

The last few years, target has stayed at 2%. Waiting to hear what it is for this March. (And preemptively, yes, I know that the target % isn’t guaranteed to each person and it’s just an average increase across the board.)

Increases will be as high as 20%.

Unless you're not C suite, in which case up to 3% maybe.

Probably the same as it has been. I'd be very surprised if they boosted it to account for inflation. Of course Charlie and his directs will get nice big fat raises and bonuses. 3% guideline is for peasants.

The only targets this company has is related to attrition.

If anyone thinks it will be significantly different than in previous years they are delusional.
