Ford has made the biggest profits over the last few years, yet have proven to its loyal, hard-working employees that is was NOT ENOUGH. It will NEVER be enough for them. Don't you see that? Do you suffer from memory loss? Don't you remember how they tried to sc--w you over for the AICP? WAKE THE F*&^ up! You will NEVER be enough for Ford! There will ALWAYS be a reason for them to downsize! Do you really believe this is going to be a ONE and DONE?!!!! Keep dreaming!

Just call NESC and tell them you boss told you were a low achiever but he is such a pr--k that he won’t put you on the list. Have them create a case and gets lots of folks involved. Pretty soon you will be on the list. Key words like hostile environment, favoritism , employee ranking or anything that is subjective. Just think of the time you can waste. And if you are retiring anyway what does it hurt.
This lump sum is really going to flush a lot of good folks that would otherwise like to keep working. Too bad they can’t create a retiree job pool to bring them back to help with the brain drain.
