EM expects to post strong results

I looked at the preliminary third-quarter results and I'm wondering what will we get from strong quarterly results? If we are treated this badly now, when the company expects strong results, I can only imagine how we will be treated when a significant slide in crude prices occurs?

Price of oil drops will higher PIP percentages and increases recruiting in BTC.

Price of oil then rises again=same actions.

Price of oil drops again-same action.

Our execs focus more on headcount than they do exploration.

Finding oil and gas should take priority over perpetual headcount reductions.
