You don't get the $2700 if you take the Advantage Plan.

Also, if you don't arrange your Medicare or Medicare Advantage thru ATTs chosen broker service of Alight (formerly AON) then you forfeit the $2700 HRA.

All DDS's & MD's are not created equal.
Know what you call the DDS/MD who graduated last in his/her class? DOCTOR!
I carefully select the provider that I use and I absolutely do not pick someone because he/she is on an insurance company list. I attempt to find the best & if I have to go out of network then so be it. Great if my selection is on their list of providers but picking someone because they are untalented enough to be forced to be on a list because they cannot get patients. NO!

$0 MA with dental and vision, -$2041.20 Medicare B, HRA +$2700 = $658 balance in HRA.

The AT&T plan isn't attractive under the current circumstances. But $900 in/out-of-network out of pocket is very interesting as well as the $6500 cap on prescriptions. So, certain circumstances could work well with that plan.

Remember, the HRA provides up to $100,000 reimbursement for out-of-pocket prescription costs once a $5000 out-of-pocket threshold is reached. But without the HRA, the AT&T plan is interesting as an alternative for Medigap. People thing the medical can bankrupt you, but there are caps on that. There is no cap on prescriptions, although one has been legislated starting 2024.

My cost of Trad. Medicare A&B, Supp, Rx Plan
Cost of Medicare Part B $2040
Cost of Supplement Plan $648
Cost of Rx Plan $72
Total Cost of Current Med Plan $2760
Subsidy = I'm out $60 per year

AT&T proposed cost of UHC Advantage
Cost of Medicare Part B $2040
Subsidy $0000.00
Total Cost of Proposed AT&T UHC Advantage $2040

I'm sticking with original medicare, currently cheaper, better, AND I don't have to deal with United Health Care Crooks and if I lose the subsidy I'm staying with original Medicare. I HATE UHC. I've had to threaten lawsuits numerous times to get them to pay. NO THANKS!

United Health AARP was less expensive. At least for the first 5 year discount. Please verify for current rates.
