Cash flow is through the roof and people are leaving the company in droves so HR wants to get a better ranking next year by cutting everybodys benefits. Thanks HR!
How was this communicated to everyone? What was the story they cooked to sell it?
It is incredible how they are blatently hiding their desire to push people out. Why not just tell an honest message, that the vision is for all work to be done in low cost centres, so please just the rest of you, go!
