A lot of the non programmers should learn how to accept glazes.
There are plenty of people in Technology who know nothing about tech. They’re called “TSG middle management”. Decades out of date. Box babysitters. Surprisingly many Operations clerical staff users in GOTS actually understand tech better than TSG. Not so amazing when their skillsets are 25-30 years out of date.
Well if your skillset is finance or accounting maybe you shouldn’t be in “Technology”
