Are RSUs awarded based on performance? For example will two people on same CL get similar # of RSU even if one is OD and another is VG?

RSUs probably not announced yet to most. However, if the two posts below are true than it is a significant improvement.

That's what is wrong with this company, constant comparisons when there is should be no comparison. Always looking over your shoulder to see if someone is moving ahead or falling behind.
I am embarrassed for you OP. Did you read and not understand the email that came out explaining the RSU program?
RSUs are based on both CL and Performance.
