The employee ranking system is a joke. I have to worry about it all the time because managers are forced to mark excellent employees as NSI. If you want to fire people, then grow some ba--s and do it! Don't insult long-term employees who've seen Exxon through thick and thin by giving them an NSI rating out of the blue when we all know it's bogus. I'm getting tired of it all.

@avr+1jCANITo Bloomberg 2.0. You just validated part of the reason why people want to leave this company.
It’s definitely DW. It started with his first employee forum, prior to any experienced hires. That forum broke him, and he has held resentment for the employee-base since then.
I'm there with you. I struggle daily. This place is toxic as he-l and yes people constantly worry about being NSI. The psychological warfare is too much at this place.
It likely isn't DW as much as it is the executives brought in lately that are woke and hate this industry.
Suggesting people just go away and find something better? That’s the exact problem with the current management and is what’ll lead to the continued erosion of morale and deterioration of quality / loss of superior staff. Perhaps that’s all part of the plan to hit the “target”headcount. But it’s crushing the reputation of what was once a respectable company. So much for leadership, commitment and accountability. OIMS is dying on the vine, too.
@avr+1jCANITo go away Darren.
Then leave. No one is holding you here against your will. Go work for one of the tech companies going through downturns
Let’s stage a simple protest and just refuse to fill out the form. Why give them a stick to beat us?
Torturing us is much for fun for them.
