Daaaammmnnnnn hahahahahahahaha

I left Optum last year and was making less than $50k ha. They started offshoring and taking away the few perks that made the position tolerable.
I couldn’t tell you the grade. Located in the south.
I have a graduate degree as well.

whats a care advocate?

I can tell you that there are care advocates in grade 26 with A&T walking in making $80k and getting $5k sign on bonuses and earn more than people with ten years tenure currently at $73k. It’s disgusting. Some Grade 27 SR. CAs have inflated earnings of $85k. They need to stop paying people unfairly and give everyone a salary adjustment.

Grade 27 64K been told it was low (eye roll) and lied to over and over that disparity would be fixed.... (for reference, base for this grade a right below that line)

$100k level 28 in Midwest. I’ve been here 17 years. The only true way to make more money is to leave and comeback.

I work on the Eastern side of the US and am 28 at base of $121 with 10% bonus. Mind you the bonus has NEVER come close to that. It’s all a ruse.

Regarding the person from HR who doesn't want us to post. If people are comfortable posting, then that's our choice. Shedding sunlight on pay discrepancies is useful for all of us.

This confirms that I was grossly underpaid as a grade 28 manager at $85k with 20 direct reports. I left as it was clear I was being taken advantage of. They talk about equity but don’t put their money where their mouths are. I’m disgusted with this company.
