Internal screen interview

I was sent an invite to my personal email for a 15 minute interview for an internal position. I can only assume this is a screening interview. What happens during this interview?

Basically, a human double-checks that you didn't BS on the application and that you actually have the requirements they're looking for.

Also, they will ask you about expected Salary and when you say you want this job because it is a good fit AND you are looking to move up the salary scale a little bit, they will push back and say what you are asking for is unreasonable give your CURRENT salary. This is stupid but is what it is because that is how Wells Fargo plays the game.... keeping you down and feeling like you are unworthy. Don't fall for it. Tell them why you are way more qualified because of your current experience and that you are either moving up IN Wells Fargo or OUT of Wells Fargo.. but you are moving up to this salary. Be confident because you have to. You are worth it.

Someone on HR who knows nothing about the job reads the posting to you and then goes through the posted requirements to see what level of experience you have.

They ask you some grilling questions to see if you're fit to move on to the next round.
