Raises will be disappointing.
Respect, honesty, loyalty….. fairy dust and unicorns.
Quit wishing and hoping.
Find a new job while you have time and opportunity to search for something that fits you.
I’m not seeing anything to stop attrition. The earnings are just to much.

This company has never been about respect, honesty, or loyalty. It’s always been about the bottom dollar and the terms of the contract. Either you’re benefitting from working here, or you should be making plans to get out.
Assuming going me my own desk rather than mothballing another building and making me search for an empty desk each morning would show respect to me.
Believe it or not I am just one of the grunts at XOM. No wealth here. However, some kindness followed up with some respect, honesty and loyalty would go a very long ways!! Yes inflation is bad but it would be more tolerable if XOMs character improved or was even semi tolerable.

Excuse me, loyalty is nice, but inflation is terrible. Raises will have a big impact on next year's attrition or at least its speed.
