Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel is the best company to work

I compared intel benefit with our competitors and saw it has the best benefits. Although pay might not be the best.I’m 100% sure we will have a strong growth in 1-2 years.

Ito scammers, let’s your disapproval may show how accurate this is :)

@1ziz+1jDCy50c. HR is trying to do damage control by regularly posting garbage here.

@1mpp+1jDCy50c what difference would it make if HR spent all day on this site? Do you think that they are going to feel bad and change things? They are just as worried about their jobs as you are. Some of them will probably stay long enough to help process people out before they have to leave.

Id--ts, I sincerely doubt that HR spends 1 minute following this site. They couldn't care less. All of the claims of HR trolls on this site make me laugh. Wake up, it is someone who is f--cking with you. Get a clue, no wonder Intel is doing so bad with fools on staff.

Most groups at Intel are chaotic. There is no order, lack of streamlined processes or methodology. Each team does its own thing, there is a huge communication gap. No wonder the company is in the state it is today.

An ex-Intel employee here. I have always felt that Intel employees (especially in Santa Clara, CA and Hillsboro, OR) live in their own world. Big teams, lots of politics, pointless middle management, inefficient execution and lack of individual career growth. Many of the people I worked with were coasters, and most of the new engineering talent was ordinary.

The HR folks do a terrific job at not only convincing employees what a good place it is, but also brainwash them into boasting about it, which is really impressive.

Lol! You're stock is lower than it was 5 years ago. Lots of tech stocks are struggling but not like Intel. Their sales went down too. But their year over year growth is still positive. That means they are taking business away from Intel. Its not the best company to work for anymore. Hire good candidates. When you let people hire their own family members and people from their own community, this is what happens. I can't imaging how many qualifies people didn't get hired because of your hiring corruption.
