Ticket Trick

I like opening lots of trouble tickets. This way, I get to blame everything on technology. Best time to open up trouble tickets is right after they send off upgrades or hot fixes.

I don’t like having to do it but we open several a day because no one can keep a test region operating from day to day.

Every time a deploy happens, you can count on being down at least a day. Of course, they just drop code, they don’t actually see if the system is working afterward.

Open a ticket to find out how to move all of your money out of wells fargo. DO THAT NOW!!!!!!!!! I don't care if you have $20 in a checking account, close that account and take your $20 elsewhere. DO NOT WAIT!!

@1yhl Let me get this straight. You want us to open up more trouble tickets? It boosts your volume and gives your group more value? Well, then, let’s all keep opening trouble tickets. Support your local technology call center teams.
I don’t mind being down for a couple of weeks while trouble tickets are floating around, trying to get prioritized and resolved. Cancun here I come. 🌴
