November 17th notifications are called off because Cisco is going to do a LR for the entire company after holidays. Expecting a high % of engineers. Filters* age, high TC, useless product. Nothing to do with your performance. Chuck and Fran teams are working on precise timeline right now.

The big sales LR isn’t in January. It’s in Q3.
I was told by my manager there was to be at least a sales LR for beginning of 2023 in January. Not sure how that should happen as we have already had massive turnover anyway in the area I support.

I’ve had to execute many layoffs in my years as a manager here. In all that time I have never been asked to cut on looking at total comp. It has always been a target on headcount.
