Old vs New thinking post pandemic

Some need rules and boundaries to feel secure in their work and others are fine with ambiguous lines. The reality is that we all need to respect each other’s work style since the pandemic. Much has changed and we all need to respectfully adjust. We can’t all be dictators though I think many want to be. In person or zoom, who cares? Whatever works best for the company ultimately.

People are fixating on the WFHers while others spend 2 hour lunches on the rock wall followed by a nice swim. If you have that much leisure time between 8 and 5, your role isn't needed.

Feel bad for anyone stuck with a cr---y manager that makes their team be on-site. Many teams are barely going to campus. Even when they do, it’s just having coffee and enjoying the amenities. What a waste.
