NRE does not have PIP. They have DPC which is just setting you up for PIP at 55

I passed without even trying or doing anything different. It was a fake PIP and my supervisor knew that. It was a very awkward PIP review for him. During our review he did all the talking and justifications for me passing. I don’t believe I said a word.
That’s what happens in this company when you are NRE. Just waiting 9 more months to be 55 and move one. Offers are already coming in.
