@ftl+1jFXiFt4 Pat has memorized the Board he is the second cu----g in their eyes.

Intel stock will be below 20 and revenue will soon drive then to third place among the semiconductor companies.

The fate of the Titanic with IDM2.0 and IFS3.0 has all but guaranteed the sinking

If Pat G. came out an publicly apologized, would anyone really believe he was truly sorry?

I wouldn’t be surprised if Intel has to start looking for a new CEO within a years time. Does anyone remember how long it took the company to replace B.K. after he left? Who would step up to the plate if Pat G. left?

Not his fault ….per Pat. Obviously going on a hiring spree and not preparing for the possibility there was a one time pandemic bump…. Clearly not his fault.

Clearly not communicating with customers in inventory levels…. Not his fault!!!

It is “economic headwinds”.

Zuck said sorry.
So what?
Does that help anyone?

He still has his job as far as I can tell and is still calling the shots.

A few days ago some were commenting we needed Musk to save us; I'll take Pat staying silent over Musk and his endless threats and delivery via personal email "you're fired" approach. On a serious note, I've been through this before during the Paul O CEO years and I don't recall him making a statement either.

Nope, it's not in Intel's DNA to admit guilt.

Arrogance is amazing across all functional groups. Is arrogance a value that gets you promoted, no wonder they fell so hard when they should be ruling the technology world.

First to strained silicon, first to HighK Metal Gate, first to FinFet. Had a four year lead in technology for more than a decade but complete insular and arrogant and missed the pivot to mobile revolution even though they had StronARM and offer from Apple. Dang their list of failures is long, muticore, chiplet, RISC, and still so arrogant

You can’t find a better example of The Innovator's Dilemma
