WF is the benchmark for bad corporate behavior and customer abuse

The other day, a friend was complaining about how miserable they were when dealing with their cable provider. They had received a service charge they weren't aware of and called in to get it remedied.

Their exact words were, "they're almost as bad as MF'ing Wells Fargo."

I happily left WF a few months ago, and my new awesome job uses WF as an example of what NOT to do within in the company wide compliance training. :) I was embarrassed to tell people that I worked for WF when I was an employee,

The only place you’ll hear bad things about wells these days is from someone looking to sell themselves, like different news outlets or politicians.

I hear more about big tech censorship, crypto scams etc.. i don't think i've heard anything about wells in a while.
