Says the man whose staff calls a meeting successful when no one leaves crying. He is the second worse one behind Chuckles the Clown. My manager used to come in to those to be a good corporate stooge and said he was incredibly rude and nasty to people. Thats all I needed to know.
Was the former screaming manager Jim M? Screams at his team due to poor scheduling and inability to meet poorly scheduled dates.
My new Manager at a different company does not yell and scream at the employees!!!!!!
