Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Why is this acceptable?

Racism and age discrimination in our metro "D" troit market. Poor associates work years for the company just to get targeted by the management team, then written up for lame a-s reasons, fired, then on top of it the management team keys them under"misconduct" so the associates can't even get unemployment after 17 years with the company. HatD is probably directing her management team to do this... So disrespectful. This company needs to reevaluate the market manager as well as the managers in the clubs. I see a law suit coming walmart......

Former associate in the Detroit market. Not at all surprised. But I’m also sure it happens elsewhere too
If they want you gone, they will find a way and skirt the line as close as possible.

Unfortunately the MM looks at hourly associates like garbage, don't say hi or even look at them, I guess they are told not to interact with us little people. And the managment is all young and told to get rid of the "Older" experience that has yrs with the company. After 2015 this company has destroyed the fun, respect of hourly associates. Quote from a manager: "Do what we say or we can replace you" Hourly walking on egg shells for 8 hour because they may get fired.
