I was recently a part of the mass RIF, with my end date being December 31st. Today I lost system access. Did anyone else lose access to systems today?

I was a contractor and was noticed 10/5 that my last day would be 11/04 due to a RIF. Supposedly up to 1/3 of contingent workers would be layed off and this was possibly going to continue with Verizon employees.
Have they started to reduce the Verizon employeees?
I think it all has to do with Mr Musk at Twitter now.
Monday morning I had access to sales force but it was acting wonky. Who is the svp for all these systems?

My wireline colleague and I lost access to a critical system over the weekend and I thought it was because I was on the rif list. My other colleague, not riffed , also lost access.
I think systems are not maintained properly due to fewer resources and many offshore third party people maintaining them.

That is not supposed to happen. When you say system access, clarify what access exactly.
