With GM going back in January, what will the expectation be moving forward?

RTO will happen when all the layoffs are done.
Keep in mind that GM pi’s not full RTO -they are calling it “work appropriately” so more like 2-3 days a week. Stellantis is still 100% remote afaik.
On the other hand JF is pretty much obsessed with Tesla and you know how Elon the great feels about work from home.
And last but not least I drive by Rotunda Center all the time and lately the lot is full. The last time it was like that was in early August when they were planning the cuts. Our id--t LL’s actually showed pictures of all of them huddled together planning on who to terminate. So I’m wondering who’s in there right now and what are they planning???
Cant happen until the train station and Dearborn campus transformations is Complete. Ford Land has sold off several large and small building. If we RTO now, there isn't room for everyone.
