So I’m assuming we’re all hearing about the potential layoffs looming soon. Has anyone heard of store closings as well?

There's been potential layoffs since i started. Please elaborate on the messages your hearing. Where I sit in the company I haven't heard a word about layoffs. We're up to our ears in work and are short 8 people.
Don't spend your time worrying about layoffs. It'll drive you crazy. If you stay at T, every year there will be rumors about layoffs. Work hard, have a good attitude, and enjoy the peers you work with. Outside of that, you cannot control the rest.

Didn’t know I had to be thorough or you wouldn’t be able to comprehend. Time frame, dates, areas affected. Business side? Retail stores? All of the above. Jesus you can’t be this dense. Unless you’re a manager then I believe it. Wait a minute you’re the guy who said we should buy directv aren’t you?! Would explain the stupidity.
There are always "potential" layoffs. Not sure there is much of a point to your post.
