@jaq+1jJhB7ML Agree. Also, a whole lot of actually successful sales people and leaders were LR-ed during the cull of August-October 2020 (at least in UK). That sacred off some more people who were NOT LR-ed, who took their time to look and left when they got something better. A company where leading teams with record numbers gets you LRed within weeks of those numbers hitting the Wall St., is not an outfit where anyone can work with any confidence. But that is what happened in UK in Fall 2020. The SED got rid of anyone who he thought could be a potential threat to his position. I myself moved internally as well to another group.

When a company is run like this in organised mob style with ELT closing their eyes to it, then there is only way it can go and that is SOUTH. Gravity is a b!tch!

It’s not a big surprise. Almost 25% of Cisco sales and SE’s workforce left the company during the COVID. Partners are looking more and more for alternative solutions as the complexity in Cisco programs became unrealistic. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
