Just a quick survey: how many fresh leads are getting their company approved weekends off or even halfway working their blocks for that matter?

How many people sit in the bathroom at work for an hour at a time and just cry or post on this website? 😭
Different strokes for different folks here. The manager’s friends get their scheduled weekends off every month, and then some, get to come and go as they please, and are allowed log a ton of OT while a couple of leads are constantly held responsible for all of the other areas. We have several under qualified leads in positions that they know nothing about. It’s very unfair but that’s life unfortunately. There are always other options for employment when you’ve finally had enough. Plenty of places are hiring nowadays.

For the most part we are. Problem is I don't really have a team so I adjust. I will be taking my weekend though. Only time I have people there.
