Stop talking to yourself out loud, taking calls on speakerphones, constantly snacking or cursing out loud, sneezing all over the room (while talking to self) or any of these things while in the office. Some of you are so incredibly rude and oblivious to the distractions you cause the rest of us. Literally no one wants to be there, we get it but please stop being annoying af and making things worse. Sit there in silence like the rest of us.

This has been going on forever. A guy next to me would eat an apple every day around 2 pm and it sounded like Mr. Ed was smacking away. People would ask about the noise on calls. Going in the office stinks no matter what. Now, we have the luxury of seeing people in the background on Zoom calls. I’m sure one of us is bound to catch a nose picker at some point.
Well the onshore offshore are the worst offenders. Fact, not racist. Also, the Twitter generation posts everything online, put the phone on speaker, has loud conversations, etc.
Respect for your fellow employees has gone out the window. It starts at the top.
Wf should be required to provide you with the equipment necessary to work comfortably. So don’t go buying your own noise cancelling headphones or g-n range ear covers, make wf buy them for you. Or better yet, get them to let you work from home full time. The open office concept is terrible and the desired outcomes from it do not manifest with such a large company and volume of employees in the office. Get ready for the first winter in office since Covid, it’s about to get all full of germs and illnesses!!!!
I have allergies I sneeze, i do the best to ensure I cover my mouth and nose, if you don't like it tell Charlie to let me work from home.

I was 100% telecommute prior to covid but was revoked when RTO was announced. Medical accomodation for telecommute was denied and instead offered more flexible working hours. I am required to be in the office minimum 3 days week. If you don't like me there tell Charlie to let me work from home.

I wear g-n range noise blockers. On top of ear plugs. Anybody who wants to talk to me has to get my attention visually.
