Anyone still have the details of the voluntary early retirement package they offered a couple of years ago? I didn’t quality back then but would now and could consider it if they do it again but I don’t remember the details.
Thanks!

No voluntary retirement, or opt-in being offered this time round.
i think you are referring to the early retirement option.
Plus additional weeks for years of service over 10 years. For years 10-19, 1 week for each year. For years 20 and more, 2 weeks
for each year.
Yes. 9 months severance and medical. Some partial RSU vesting as well. I didn't take it because the RSU was too much to give up. Now I would consider it.
Many folks were underwhelmed by the 2019 package because there was the memory of the previous ER package of 2 years. Many were hoping for at least 1 year. 9 months just didn't cut it.
You had to be over 50 with 7+ total years tenure, with other small constraints to keep recently promoted. Incentive for not coming to work anymore was ~9 mo. Not a bad deal for those who land well.
