Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Why say RTO is enforced when it’s really not?

I’ve been to two hub locations and both are EMPTY on the days I show up. Some people rarely come in and never hear a peep, some teams are exempt, while other teams are actively tracking numbers.

It’s all a big mess and they’re treating us like children dangling the threat of non-compliance over our heads when the truth is there is ZERO uniformity or sense in how they’re enforcing RTO. I highly doubt very many are even following the 3 a week rule from the buildings I saw (both major hubs), as the buildings were not even 20% full. The fat cats who came up with this id--tic policy certainly aren’t coming into the office like the rest of us lowly workers.

There are LOBs that are still getting exceptions and also individuals getting hardship exceptions. The people at the top want you to think everyone is subject to the same rules but just look around you. Would buildings be sitting empty if everyone is complying?

Did anyone hear the story about the soon to be bride hanging her wedding dress on the hotel sprinkler nozzle and inadvertently setting off the sprinkler system, hence shutting down that hotel for many months? Needless to say, the hotel staff RTO was canceled.

so for anyone who just...does not show up because they don't want to (lol/I get it), like, is it awkward when you speak with your manager and they are asking you to start coming in and then you continue not to? like how does that work?

False. RTO is enforced for various LOB unit. God bless you for having a LOB who does not or perhaps you are just one of the jack hats who never comes in and will get an I consistently meets. Lol. Joker

The reason Wells Fargo is in the mess it's in is because of leadership's inability to admit mistakes and make corrections. This is why we have the asset cap and continued fines. We need and deserve better leadership. I'm not betting on a leadership change. God bless us all,
