Can 600M be convered into 4000 laid off employees? That gives me $150K per laid off employee, is this reasonable?

They should let go couple hundred Directors, Sr. Directors and VPs not delivering but crunching Cisco money. There is no point in laying off lower grade employees. It is going to impact the productivity
The 600 figure includes real estate divestiture too, so it’s not quite 600m/4000.

So, 600M would translate to about 4000 employees laid off
If they only allow 60 days to "look internally" and if not (probably) found then gone...much cheaper that way. They are getting good at this, catch up.
