What is the plan for Midland? Almost no development next year as there is no more acreage! Are they going to get rid of people or buy some acreage from someone else?

The wheels are off the bus in Midland. From Dev to Ops to Drilling. Ship has sunk. We play career development and nobody has any idea what to do. Better to ship Permian off to another company.
He may have over promised she. He said he was going to fix the attrition problem. We will see. I am way past turning blue from holding my breath waiting.
Leave it to the Australian guy, he fixes everything!🤣🤣
