Part of SBG here. I feel like I could be on the list. During my last 1-on-1, my manager was gently nudging towards the Cisco Recruiting link and asking me what I'd like to be doing if I wasn't doing my current job. I took that as a sign. I already have 2 interviews lined up, but not leaving until I know more.
Fact - Meraki is reducing headcount mostly of older higher paid folks and underachievers
Not correct - Meraki will have significant layoffs
