If you are talking stores it’s not more work but rather any work. Obviously you haven’t been in a store lately. Went into one a few months ago and 5-6 people sitting around and no customers. Had issues with my phone and 3 employees at my table helping because they had nothing else to do.

I can see that, traffic in the stores has slowed waaaayy down. It’s not the same, every year feels worse than the year before.

cOR stores have reduced headcount already, no backfilling positions. Happened in the beginning of November. Just heard some Ops teams could be affected as well
