Amazon offered some of their employees an optional Severance Package. 12 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks per year of service. Is this something WFC will be doing in the near future? It’s a good strategy imo.

No, they will not. They've seen how the majority of the Twitter employees have taken voluntary severance when offered. So many people are leaving that company that it is crippled. The same thing would happen here, and management knows it.
The only scenario that I can see a voluntary severance being offered is if our total operations can be taken over by overseas employees, and that management concludes that the loss of 100% of the US employee base would be a no-risk event. Ain't gonna happen, unfortunately.
Wow! That’s much more generous than WF severance packages, Monetarily that is.
Do you really think Schart, Sn-t Po-well, and their OC minions would do this? Why do something that may help people when they can continue to find ways to make employees lives miserable and force attrition instead? That's been their goal since day 1 and I bet they mess with the severance package they do have within the next year too and scale that back.
