Those of you that make it through should take the action to find another job by summer. It is not worth sitting through the 2 year layoff cycle again.

Agree with @rvm - this will take a couple of years to clear. It's hitting the entire tech sector really hard plus all things relating to Crypto are being annihilated.
2023 will be a rough year and Cisco will have another LR for sure.
