Deadlines have become too short. Even for employees who have a lot of experience at their job, expectations are mostly unrealistic and it is very difficult to achieve the goals. Have you noticed the growing criticism? Instead of thinking about it and trying to find a solution, management criticizes good employees for not being fast enough, who then end up leaving.

I don’t hear the mouse clicks, I want to see elbows and a%#holes. If I come by and u are clocking the keys fast enough to melt them, don’t let the door hit u on the way out.
