layoffs happen every month.
"holiday pauses" for layoffs are a thing of the past. this week there was a huge restructure announcement in CSBB/affluent with several high level displacements.
I’ve read the emails identifying the employees that will receive notice on Dec. 1st. I work in COO so I imagine layoffs will happen in every LOB. Not a huge number but it’s happening. Will continue into 2023.
The OP is just stirring the pot with no actionable intelligence.

Layoffs are somewhat strategic...this last one being 90 days before Jan. 1--not saying that WF would layoff at holiday time---
so unless OP has intell to offer--we all sitting ducks...
