Intel ND getting hit now

ND employees gettin hit @ Intel this week in big quantities (some having all hands teams meetings. This is part of NEX. Managers talk about inclusive and transparency but is only talk talk talk..total BS. They is not a single word being mentioned in meetings or even staff meetings. They must think we didn't notice that our fellow co workers were let go. Everything happeniing silently with no communication to affected groups..lais·sez-faire attitude. Passive toxic environment being field everyday.

ND is attached to IoTg/Edge...another loss/looser group. ND will give up IoTg first before taking a cut.

Intel kept an ND as a strategic ingredient to influence to CPU/server purchases in favor of Intel, but closely tying IO delivery with CPU and memory features. The strategy worked for long. As with everything, what got you here wont take you there.

Nvidia/Mellanox has been eating Intel’s lunch in the data center Ethernet space for several years now, so this is no surprise.

Good business decision. It's a mature, slow growth unit and somebody has to pay for all the IDM 2.0 and Graphics wish list items on Pat's big investment plan.

ND = Network Division, the group responsible for delivering Intel Ethernet products. It's been toxic for several years now and some of those folks should have been let go a long time ago.
