A leader who leads by example positions himself as a credible person who deserves to be respected and trusted. I now expect Chuck to lay off one ELT member as well. Who do you propose?

They won't let MM go. She's cutting costs. She's ki----g the company and morale and wasting time/money on her V2MOM's, but she's doing what they hired her for: cutting costs.
How is it that everybody at Cisco knows she's worthless, but they keep her on to do more damage? When you are in a trusted group of 3 or less people - everybody will tell the truth that it was a disaster hire.
