Does jpmchase perform employment background check? How intense? Thank you

Why ask? Nothing to hide, nothing to worry about.
We use the same rules for background checks as other banks no surprises and its cut and dry.
depends on the job you're going for. no matter what, you need to have decent financial history (no bad checks, fraud, financial crimes - some roles a bankruptcy might be an issue esp if its really recent). if youre going for a job that has more trust elements, all those things need to be rock solid.
Although now you can get a job here even if you have a felony so who knows maybe nothing matters?
