Does the company still send employees a gift catalog to pick from on the 5 year anniversaries? IE 20 years, 25 years, 3o0 years, etc ?

I have an anniversary coming up. I called the benefits office. I was told the catalog will be mailed 2 to 3 weeks b4 anniversary date. I'm a UNION MEMBER.
I thought a 20 year signed anniversary letter from my vp was cool until I got the exact same letter from a different vp 5 years later. reminded me of the same verbiage in reviews copied year over year... very little to no effort on their part. Know your value and have confidence in your abilities and forget about the joker minions in upper mgmt.

I remember looking at the catalog at my five online and there was nothing I felt worth ordering then or in the future. I got the pdf in my email once but that was over five years ago so I guess my last “special anniversary” wasn’t even worth that.
I got the PDF certificate for 20 years and the following week my position was eliminated.

The prizes are about the equivalent of what you would see in an arcade nowadays that you need 80,000 tickets to redeem.. in other words, junk worth less than $20.00

yes they still send the same catalog with the same cheap a-s sh---y items to pic from.the same catalog from 30years ago ,it all garbage,just guve me and extra day off for each milestone you reach is better than a sh---y gift

At 25 years I received a large chunk of metal with my name engraved in it…the fruit cake of corporate gifts I guess. It has my name on it so I can’t even regift it
On my 10-year anniversary, I was emailed a PDF certificate that I had to print out myself. (I am now being RIFed as I approach my 23-year anniversary.)
