Is the list already prepared for Dec 12 LR.? Or are they working on the list now only?

The re-balancing list is being driven by finance and not the leadership that runs the different BUs or Sales teams. Very little consideration for the impact that these changes will have for our customers. That should tell you all that you need to know…..

Large number of field sales reps will be let go to save money
Their accounts will go to less expensive inside sales reps
I have heard several of the "safe" people are being notified to keep them from jumping.
Maybe some but definitely not all. In the sales org, no ones sure if/how we will be affected yet per our leadership
From Frans comments it seems the list is in whatever final review it has to go through. So mostly yes.

Great question. If it helps, I am a Gr13 in AppD and have no idea one who/if any of my team will be impacted
