Sorry, it can't happen. Verizon has a CEO rule of 65. They turn 65 and they are out.

Ken Dixon will always be the man. One of the best leaders Verizon ever had. I put him up there with Denny Strigl. So that's how you know he'd never come back. And who could blame him?

Ivan knew how to run a telecom. Next we got a wireless guy who thought he could marry a non-union wireless shop with a unionized telecom. Seriously!?! Like what could go wrong? All he did was make everyone mad and put us deep in debt as he bought high and sold low. So he splits and then another wireless guy comes in with some pie in the sky ideas to leapfrog the competition that got us much deeper in debt. The ideas haven't panned out well so far and meanwhile the core telecom business sits on the back burner while we try to save the world from its problems. So now things are hitting the fan. We need a reset button and get back to basics.
This guy is coming in after LOWELL!!! ...AOL ?YAHOO?????...He could pull a weekend at Bernies and top that act!!!!!!

Disney BOD heard price hikes and major RIFs last week and they simply said no and replace.
I posted a similar post on the wireless board.
I still think Ken Dixon is the man though.
