How's the shoplifting in your store? Ours is a rampant mix of homeless that live in a park two blocks away and some organized rings taking $500-$1,000 a pop with frozen meat/seafood, caviar, li---r, coffees. We've had more than one dr-g OD in the restroom, a security guard punched in the face and numerous threats to TMs. I'm wonder (not holding my breath) when WFM is going to start worrying about legal action from team members than the thieves that fleece us daily. The safety concerns are real.

Cost of doing business in the retail industry. Costs have stepped up to include security to keep out the homeless. At least in my store.
Who cares just let them take it. Global doesn't care about us enough to warrant even trying to deter theft.Just ignore it if store leadership wants to follow people around the store they can. Theft only impacts the sc-m at the top from further lining their pockets.
The area I am in isn't a sh**ho-e so it's mostly just women stealing whole body items. We don't even have cameras or security.
It's all deductible.
