Let's list all the things about working at Intel we're thankful for. I'll start.
I'm thankful that we're about to have major layoffs that might free me after seven years of having to deal with this mess and hopefully result in me finding a new job at a place with good leadership that respects and appreciates its employees.

I am thankful for having been able to work at Intel for over 30yrs until I retired a couple years ago. My experiences with Intel over the years have been good. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them and wish Intel all the luck in the future.
@OP+1jRqHlhj, are you here against your will? If so, call for help and report that you are being held hostage. I am pretty sure that someone will come right over to help you. You could have left at any time during the 7 years and are still free to leave at will right now. Actually, you should have left earlier because the job market is going to be tight for a while with all of the tech layoffs and global economic down turn. If you think that you need to wait for a layoff to get out of here than you will probably survive the layoff. Your the kind of brain de@d "talent" that Intel thinks it needs.

I am thankful for this site, it is a never ending source of free entertainment.
I'm thankful that if I'm laid off after 20 years I'll receive 7wks per year, I'm also thankful that I am on a good wage.
So I'm comfortable enough with either staying or going. 👍
