You got that right. I have a new charge on my Verizon Wireless bill "International minutes - landline" plus all these surcharges.
Our pricing is too complicated, we need a bonus matrix to see what the offers are. And they ARE not equal for new vs existing - so many conditions. Makes it hard to be a SMB sales type
Now we just wait for the T-Mobile shills to post how much better it is than every other carrier........
