Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

COR stores are full fraud in our market

Investigations were implemented and people lost their jobs. Our market seemed to get back to normal but without the fraud coming through the doors anymore the hammer came down with the results. With the current layoff climate the fraud is ramping back up in the market. T is ran by absolute mo--ns

Nothing new here... this behavior has been happening for 20+ years. You have to be creative to make your monthly numbers.

It's kind of funny. T DOES NOT LIKE FRAUDSTERS coming into their stores. But, pretty much encourages their stores to commit fraud.

Fraud is all over. See some false business cases about ROI for system spends in small organizations outside Legg’s org spending millions with Accenture. Not in Legg’s org so this expenditure flies under the radar as business units self claim ROI.

I think they meant fraud by employees. And yeah I could see that happening as people care less about wrong and right with an impending surplus coming.

Results don't matter since management can't coach to numbers. They can only coach to behaviors. Do the behaviors. Increase the numbers. Increase the comp checks. Then you're golden. And with the fraud, click the red exclamation point. If they pass Analyst Review you've done you're due diligence. Notate the account afterwards that you called in so that if they investigate they'll see you put in the effort to avoid it.
