Oh the layoffs are very real and it's happening, 40+ in Florida just gone...no loyalty even to perm employees, and they continue.

The First American family. Still people trying to hang onto their salary in a bad real estate environment. The play is to hang on for salary and benefits while moonlighting or doing your own thing.

I heard this morning that in Florida, the agency division laid off 45 people yesterday (1/10/2023), mostly examiners. I don't know about other states.
