Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Mondelez layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

"could this be their plan", of course it is their plan! Mondelez management is a prime example of corporate greed! The job market is cooling, don't kick yourself for not taking advantage. If you factor out any bonuses (since you won't get those with the increases in objectives) and look at how many hours you have to work to get the job done, you'd be happier and making the same money flipping burgers. Less stress!
Yep, it's failing miserably, and we're all miserable.
All I can say is let's hope their plan is to end this. Sometimes I'm not 100% sure what the plan is. Ending it would be merciful.
I'm doing 20% over prior year on my objective, but not hitting my number or receiving a bonus.

January is wave 2. then april wave 3. Mass layoffs of sales reps and dms. in areas where it’s already happened it’s a sh-t show and the dms are afraid to say anything to RVP/RDRS about how poorly it’s going because they fear for their jobs. some areas I hear have no help and reps and rms’s are merchandising non stop and failing to make progress. it is failing by design. if you are one of the ones staying be prepared. you will work 60 hrs a week merchandising and be miserable constantly.
it’s over.. move on. It’s just cookies and cr--kers. Really lost other Jobs available. The biscuit cells seven at the top 10 most hydrogenated oils SKUs on the market.

Our branch is closed on January 2nd for the holiday so I doubt if there's a call on that day.
We havent been told anything. Is there still a April wave?
We have already been thru that call in the balt wash area there is a new calling coming jan 2 for us with new changes coming. The updated call question was for those who first did the mission one roll out. We were 2nd. In the balt wash area
I tend to agree with the DSD is gone comment. Just cant figure out exactly how they are going about it

You will have a call with the RVP reading a prepared statement thanking you for your service and that changes are happening blah blah. Then that afternoon the RDR will schedule a call with the people getting laid off. So if you get one of those, you are gone. The same statement is read, HR is on the line for any questions. They will say you can reapply for a lesser position, or apply for a sales associate job/RMS if any is available. But no guarantees. Other then that, they will lay out how much severance you get and HR will schedule a call for that at a later time.

We’re going January 1st and should be find out who is doing what I’m the next 2 weeks hopefully I can take the severance and move on
