Was one let go… no warning yet bringing in high priced upper management who was running from Elon Musk
5k severance with promise to not work for competitors for 6months….they really care about you LOL
Don't know a lot about the reasons but when you layoff upper management and don't communicate down to the reams that report to those managers. Well, that's a sign of upper management blaming middle management for missed deliverables to cya from owners. Been in this game for 40 years. Mark my word, this is only the beginning.
Hertz laid off more employees today. Many that had talent. It’s unfortunate that the company didn’t offer these talented individuals another position. Yet, you continue to employ people who don’t follow basic policy, are continuously late, and lack basic integrity. You are only a number at hertz.
