@1djn+1jUyinVJ What secret, work hard, know your $hit and execute. These are things those in TMG and LTD don’t have.

People used to fear Intel now they are a joke. Look only to Pat and you should understand

People that think China will invade Taiwan have very poor critical thinking skills.

It’s all downside for China to do that.

No one would trade with them.
Their control of TSMC would cripple its revenue stream as customers flee. TSMC is only as strong as the customers feeding it.

Semi industry would rebuild around South Korea, America and Europe, isolating China from new technology trade.

How is any of this going to help China?
If Warren Buffet is investing in TSMC, he thinks the risk is pretty minimal and I heard that’s he’s a pretty smart guy.

Old news. However, Tsmc has been training US engineers to relocate fabs to AZ and they have expressed concerns that these engineers will share their secrets to Intel. Tsmc should know they can file lawsuits in US and win.

'Flywheel into the future'? More like ten ton weight around the neck.

Not to mention the EUV bottleneck.

TSMC is way ahead there on EUV capacity and Intel can’t compete on volume no matter how much money you have.

IDM 2.0 is not going to go very well.
Maybe as a #3 behind Samsung, but nowhere near the TSMC juggernaut.

🤣 Don't worry, Pat says IDM 2.0 is going to be Intel's 'flywheel into the future'..

No way Intel catches up on libraries and tool chains. Not to mention, TSMC is 50% cheaper and carries older process nodes needed to maintain customers.
